I had the pleasure of working with a new model from Kentucky, this past weekend while down there for some fun. I was doing some browsing on a modeling website when I discovered in the same town I would be in, there was a hot looking guy named Dillon that was just starting out in modeling…so after contacting him, I found out he had some free time and would like to shoot with me near Lake Barkley, which is near where I was staying at and we met up Friday afternoon at the hotel where I was staying at and after I conducted a short interview, I found out he was in need of some better photos for his portfolio. I started out taking a few photos of him there, in some underwear…

 

and he showed me his swimwear that he would be shooting in later as well at the lake…

 

..talk about a cute guy with a hott smile…nice slim toned build too…I quickly found out that Dillon was a lot of fun to be around and work with…we drove over to a local landmark that resembles a castle of old times, overlooking Lake Barkley that is actually a modern day prison for the state of Kentucky…

 

..complete with turrets and architecture combined…neat little entranceway below that first turret, where a guard was stationed..he was friendly, waved at me as I was photographing the building…

..making me feel safe and welcome somewhat…he probably sees alot of tourists with cameras every week….. we drove on over to the old city park at Kuttawa on the north shores of Lake Barkley from there and found some nice rocks to shoot at, directly across the wide expanse of water from the very prison we were just at…

Well we took advantage of the setting sun and the neat rocks to shoot on...

 

and…

 

..and then I had him turn around a bit on the rocks…

Since it was obvious I wasnt going to get a nice sunset like I did last year at this location, I pulled out my sunset filter and helped it out some…

and…

..and then I had him climb down to the rocks near the water and we took these images…

 

and after this we returned to the hotel room because we were both about to melt from the heat and humidity alone….and then we headed to the Oasis Southwest Grill for a great tasting dinner…its like a really nice steakhouse with lots of flavor, food,  and atmosphere.

 

I worked with a hot guy named Mike, who is in the Festus area and is a personal trainer, found out he grew up on a farm and has a dazzling smile and great look and build. I first photographed him in my studio barn a few weeks ago and took some great shots of him….

and found out he looks good in chaps too….

…he brought his own hat and some holie jeans too….

He looked so good and photographed so well and was so nice and easy to work with, that I invited him back to work with me again last week on one of my days off. One of my new photographer friends, Bobby, was going to join me but got stuck in traffic and was unable to make it. I met Mike in the Union area and lead him to a friend`s farm for the shoot. The weather was great and we got some more great shots…starting outside the smaller haybarn this time…

and then working with the chaps…

 

 

 

 

and while Mike has a dazzling smile and smiling eyes, he also has a flirty serious look too, which prob works well for him on the babes……

 

and looks like an art statue when looking down or away too….

..he def knows how to move and pose on the farm….

 

and amongst the haybales….

 

We went over to the larger haybarn next…I have never worked in this loft and now cant figure out why, it has some beautiful light in it and there was a wall of haybales in it too…

 

 

The light up above, from his waist upward, was just phenomenal as you can see, looked like he just stepped out of a tanning bed….

 

 

I then had him stretch out on the bales for a few photos and as you can see, the light was only up above….

 

 

 

 

and he has some of the biggest brown eyes too.

After shooting the hay bales, it started getting very humid up in the big barn loft, so we opted to go over to the horse barn and cool off in the shade, and while there, grabbed a saddle and went back to the smaller hay barn for some saddle shots…

..and found out in the next two shots what a flirt Mike can be when in his natural elements….

and…

..and changed the saddle up and gave me a few more smiles…

 

 

…from here,  he stripped down to his underwear and gave me some arty poses on a motorcycle….

…and then he donned some leather motorcycle wear and I allowed him to show me his serious, aka mean looks….

We shot a few more but I havent edited those up yet…so will finish this one out later….

Drove down to Florida a few weeks ago for a few days of R and R and was able to photograph a few hot guys while there, and one hot female model, too…my family flew down a couple of days behind me so I scheduled a couple of days of photo shoots while there and then spent some time with them over the weekend…my first shoot was with Greg, a hot USF college boy who was in need of some new photos for his port, glamour and nude both, so we shot some the first evening there…. he is wanting to get into some good paying video work to help pay for his college tuition….

..talk about a hot guy…he is a rower as well and has a nice build and nice eyes and nice everything…..

 

 

 

The next day, Greg came over to Tampa Bay at the beach where I was shooting Justin, a hot Abercrombie model in the Tampa area, and joined the shoot….

Greg kinda tossed me a challenge, he said he didnt take good pictures…so I had to prove him wrong and as far as I`m concerned, I did….he is a very good model to work with…

..and then he switched to his black swim shorts…

..very tight fitting lycra shorts…

…and really make his definition pop….

…and sizzle…

And as I said before, I started shooting Friday early afternoon with Justin…I had intended to start shooting late morning but it took me longer than I expected to get to Fort DeSoto Park this time and so we got started late…but Justin is one hot guy to work with and when I first met him at the east end of the County Park on the beach, I thought I was looking at a young Brad Pitt, he had the same look as Brad in Legends of the Fall….stunning…so its no wonder that I had a great time working with him, everyone else there thought he was related to Brad Pitt, too…….

 

 

 

and this was where we began shooting, at the far west end of the beach near a grassy dune……people kept walking up and by and kind of getting in the way, we were at the far end to start due to so many people being at the beach in general…so then we switched and he walked out into the water and got wet and then worked the beach area for me…

…looking like a Beach Hunk Washed Ashore…with waverunners in the distance on the water going back and forth…

 

 

 

 

 

..then he got out in the water and washed the sand off….

…as if you would doubt me….

..and showed me what he can do with his hair….

..we then decided to walk back to the parking lot and drive back down to the pier area and shoot some images, but found this grassy area to shoot at on the way…

…and this neat log to shoot at….

 

 

…and I came to the conclusion that Justin just looks great where ever he is located and whatever he is doing…sure is very down to earth and easy to work with….I looked out into the water and spotted this tree stump and he waded out and shot this next series…

 

 

 

 

 

 

..and then we finally made it down to the pier and shot these before Greg showed up to join us…

..and here you can see the Sunshine Gateway Bridge in the background…

 

and then we moved up the beach and shot a few fire gear images….I`m fortunate to have many good friends who are also photographers and work with many models across the country as well…one of my friends gave me a couple of complete sets of older fire gear several years back and I usually carry an extra set or two with me on my trips to use for shoots such as these….

 

…sure does make good fantasy material for a beach scene tho…

 

..and he sure has a hot smile too…

…afterwards Justin, Greg, and I went to a nice Chinese restaurant that Justin knew of and chowed down after a long day of sun and liquid….

The next day, Missy and I drove over to the east coast beaches, and met up with a hot personal trainer named Sheriden, who is just starting out modeling and needed some new images for his port…so we met up with him at Hutchinson Island near Stuart and started shooting at the  House of Refuge Beach…

which has a tower high above the water and sand, and a bluff type rocky area above the water…

….so you have sand above and sand below and this is the only rocky stretch like this on the Florida coast…when we pulled up and parked in the limited parking area there..Sheriden was there taking photos of the landscape, or beachscape I should say…he likes shooting as well…and we talked cameras for a bit and then started walking down to a more deserted stretch of beach to start shooting at….

 

..and as you can tell here, the tide hadnt begun to recede yet, and the angle of the sun was a bit brutal yet, so we backed up and started shooting some images up on the rocks instead for a bit…

..and as we did a few shots here, we noticed a line of birds that kept cirling around and flying over in a line…prob keeping a good eye on Sheriden and his hot build and look, lol….

…we then took advantage of the rocky bluff area….

 

 

 

…we then moved back up the beach toward the tower to see what the higher bluff area there had to offer…and he changed shorts as well…

 

..then we grabbed some fire gear and headed back down the beach to shoot some images with it…Sheriden is taking classes for paramedic and joined his local fire department earlier this year…prob why he looked so natural in the fire gear…

…then we decided to try some rapelling images since I had a coil of rapelling rope with the outfit and he found a neat place to tie off the rope and rapell down from…

 

and…

..while he was up in there rapelling and I was shooting him, some gal came strolling down the beach with her husband and once she saw Sheriden in the fire gear, she quickly forgot about her husband and started paying attention to him instead….just one of several times believe me….

I then had him step out to the sand again and we shot a few with the rope coiled around his shoulder....

…ever see a firefighter hunk smile ?

 

The next day we drove over to the east coast north of Stuart and photographed a beautiful young lady named Aspen…you can find that story in another section of my site….

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Well I had better get back on the updates or I am gonna fall way behind…thought I would finish up the Hot Springs trip tonight and add the photo session of my Hot Springs model, Randy…I first met Randy down there a few years ago on my second trip to the area I believe it was…he came up to where I was staying on Lake Ouachita,  and shot some photos with me at a neat little lake nearby that had a manmade dam and waterfall, just off Highway 270 and then last year he helped me photograph Krysten at Garvan Gardens and shot sunset photos with Kyle and Kevin at Lake Ouachita too. Randy is a cute guy who used to have long dark curly hair and then cut alot of it off this year and it gave him yet another sexy look to work with…he met me for dinner at Coltons Steakhouse my first night down there this year and then became available again Saturday afternoon. He texted me on his way home from work and I met him over at the campground and creek at Gulpha Gorge and we decided to shoot our way down the creek til we found a nice spot to work in. Here is the rest of the story in photos….

 

 

he still has the pretty curly hair….well since there wasnt much color on the other side of the bridge, we opted to walk downstream and see if we could find more color….and we did…..

 

…and then we continued further downstream til we came across some neat rocks….

 

..and then a little further downstream, we found this one rock….

 

…down here on this stretch of the creek, Randy began some really nice art poses that resembled a watercolor art effect in my mind….everything really clicked well here, great color, great lighting, and a beautiful backdrop and it all came together when Randy just started moving on his own very well without much help from me…another thing I like about him besides his obvious good looks…

…and then we finished up with a few small waterfall rock photos and headed to the Chinese restaurant for supper….

 

I`m always asked, do you shoot slim guys too ? and the next question is, do you only shoot nudes ?

Well the short answer is that for the past thirty five years, I have shot a wide variety of male models, including slim, toned, and muscular and I shoot female models also, their body types are described differently, petite, slender, and fit……I also shoot glamour and nude print work, and always have…but my sites dont always overlap and show that…so I`m going to overlap them today and show you that yes I shoot slim guys in glamour and nude styles just so you know….and again, if you are offended by nudes, then leave now…

This is Jaie, one of my Arkansas models and he has a slim build and has modeled for me for a few years now, this was his Huck look at a waterfall in Arkansas….

and here he is above in art form too….

and this is Kyle, one of my favorite models to work with due to his acrobatic and gymnast / tumbler abilities….very good art model…

this is Aaron, one of my Illinois models, at a horse farm that I shoot at regularly….super hot guy to work with….

and Andrew, one of my Asian models from Arkansas, on his first shoot here in Missouri…

and Billy, one of my Wisconsin models who visits Missouri occasionally…

and Collin, one of the hottest blonde flirts I have ever worked with…

this is Dane, another sexy flirt I have worked with….loves to get wet…

and this would be Kurt Wild in his early days before he got into video work, shooting on location here in a hen house….

and here are a few more of my slim models over the last several years….

..so you can see I do shoot glamour and I do shoot slim guys…I`ll add a few more later.

Well I was up in Kansas City once again last weekend and just an overnighter this time, mainly went up to spend the night with a buddy who was moving to Iowa from New Mexico, but did manage to photograph a hot gymnast at a new waterfall up there while there. I met up with Gil at my hotel and after shooting a few test shots and liking what I saw, we drove over to the new Waterfall Park in Independence, which is very accessible and viewable from I-70 and I-470, although one should really drive over to see this beautiful waterfall and park up close, it definitely warrants a closer look.

We drove around to get a feel for the place and check on parking and found a young couple checking out the main waterfall and parked roadside, so I parked the same way and we joined them at the falls. This is a seventy foot high waterfall, manmade of course, that stairsteps down one time, and then runs under the roadway and cascades down some rocks into a manmade lake created at the rear of the new Bass Pro Shop, which has the Little Blue River feeding it.
